Xin chào anh chị em!
Rất lâu tôi mới quay lại diễn đàn.
Sau hơn 1 năm tốt nghiệp và cũng hơn 1 năm đi làm, mình thấy nhiều điều muốn tâm sự với anh chị em. Nhưng trong bài này mình xin nói đến 1 kỹ năng mà ở tầm vực 1 người kỹ sư cần phải có: đó là kỹ năng tra cứu.
Kỹ năng tra cứu của 1 người kỹ sư quả là cực kỳ cần thiết. Trong sản xuất đòi hỏi sự nhanh chóng và chuẩn xác, đôi khi là hơi liều 1 chút. Mà đã là kỹ sư, nhất là trong môi trường Việt Nam, nhiều khi anh chị em bắt buộc phải tự tìm hiểu những kỹ thuật, công nghệ mà mình không học, nhưng có liên quan gì đó. Lúc ấy, tiến độ sản xuất không cho phép ta đi học từ đầu, tỉ mỉ. Vậy thì kỹ năng tự học và tra cứu là cứu cánh.
Anh chị em có thể là dân luyện kim, cán, đúc nhưng không thể từ chối tìm iểu những công nghệ khác, như: dập, công nghệ bề mặt, mạ...
Lúc ấy nếu có trong tay 1 bộ sổ tay hoàn hảo thì thật tuyệt vời. Những sổ tay có tính chuẩn mực và thực tiễn rất cao. Ngành cơ khí nói chung đã có 1 bộ sổ tay khá dày và đầy đủ lắm. Tuy nhiên, liên quan đến kim loại nói chung còn rất nhiều công nghệ nữa.
Trên thế giới, bộ sổ tay kim loại của tổ chức ASM là hoàn hảo và đồ sộ nhất. Về cơ bản, chúng ta phải mua. Nhưng, e hèm, mình hiện down được 17/21 tập (4 tập còn lại đang bị lỗi) ở dạng pdf. Tất cả đều là bản mới nhất. Dung lượng 21/21 tầm 1,5G.
